Inviting you to explore what it feels like to heal and evolve through self-love, self-care, and mindfulness practices.

Hey, Soul Sista! I’m Ajah Lee!

I am the owner and founder of Soul Sista Botanica. Soul Sista Botanica was established in 2020 at the height of the COVID-19 pandemic. I am an advocate for self-care, self-love, and mindfulness practices. Through my advocacy, I have continued to support and inspire people to heal, grow, and evolve through radical self-love, overcoming traumas, reconnecting to who they are, and showing up authentically as who they truly are in the world.

I have 7+ years of education and experience in the mental health, and psychology field. I am currently completing my Masters of Social Work at the University of Southern California. Upon completion, my desire is to become a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, and open my own therapy practice. With my experience, and knowledge from the educational field, as well as my own experience healing and growing, I have a great understanding of how valuable the practices of self-care, self-love, and mindfulness can benefit myself and my community.

My passion is to help uplift and empower others through loving themselves throughout all of life’s various transitions, providing them with the coping skills to conquer and heal.

Outside of being an advocate, I am a wife and mother to an 11 year old. In my free time I enjoy spending time with my family, reading a good book, taking walks in the sunshine, doing yoga, and listening to some Sade.

What is Soul Sista Botanica?

There’s beauty in the journey.

The reason why I am so passionate about supporting others, is because at one point in my life I lacked support. Finding a community of people that resonate with this space, and those who need it, are a part of my foundation for creating Soul Sista Botanica.

A Cali native, I started my journey to healing back in 2015. Through therapy, and mindfulness practices, I’ve been able to go deeper, restoring my self confidence and self-esteem, and implementing self-care routines that nourish the love I have for myself.

After taking the steps to work on me and learning how to cope with my Anxiety and Depression, I started Soul Sista Botanica in 2020 to share the practices that fundamentally helped me, in order to support others along their journeys.
